Tonight: A few scattered thunderstorms are possible in the evening. After midnight, skies become partly cloudy and it turns seasonably cool. Lows will drop between 48 degrees in the North Country to 53 degrees near Lake Ontario. West winds will be 5 to 15 mph. The chance of rain this evening is around 40 percent. Tuesday: There is a 40 percent chance of a few lake effect rain showers. Otherwise, it will be breezy and cooler with some sun. Highs will be in the mid-60s. Wind gusts will be near 25 mph out of the west. The UV Index will be a 4, which means you can burn in about 50 minutes.

Wednesday: Once again there is a 40 percent chance of a few lake effect rain showers. It will be even cooler with highs only around 60 degrees. Wind gusts will be around 25 mph.
