Tonight: Leftover flurries or freezing drizzle east of Lake Ontario. Otherwise, mostly cloudy and chilly with lows around 21 degrees. Light and variable winds. The sunset this evening is at 5:07 PM.

Wednesday: Mix of sun and clouds. It should be a dry day, but a coastal storm will be approaching the I-88 corridor to our south and southeast Wednesday night. High near 33 degrees with east winds 3 to 8 mph.

Thursday: Scattered snow showers and flurries. There will be some breaks of sun, too. Temperatures will be colder with a high near 26 degrees. The chance of snow is about 40 percent.

Friday: Clouds thicken in advance of light snow arriving in the afternoon. High around 24 degrees. The chance of snow is about 40 percent.
