If you are one of the students returning to SUNY Oswego tomorrow, like Peter and I, for the start of the Spring 2011 semester, here is your Sunday Planner localized to Oswego. It will be a bitter cold day with temperatures struggling to get out of the single digits. Lake effect snow showers and flurries are possible (40 percent chance), especially during the early part of the day, but partly sunny skies may develop sometime in the afternoon if we are lucky.
