Tonight: Starry skies and frosty cold. Winds will diminish this evening. Lows will drop to as low as 31 degrees in the North Country where freeze warnings are in effect to 40 degrees close to Lake Ontario. Syracuse will bottom out at 35 degrees where frost advisories are in effect. Winds will be out of the north at 3 to 8 mph. The sunset tonight is at 6:39 PM.

Thursday: After a frosty cold start, it will become sunny and nice. High of 62 degrees in Syracuse -- cooler to the north and warmer to the south. Winds will be out of the north-northwest at 5 to 10 mph.

Friday: After another frosty cold start, it will become sunny, gorgeous, and milder. High of 68 degrees.

Saturday: Sunny and warmer. High of 75 degrees.

Sunday: Bright sun and warm. High of 78 degrees.
