Snow Projections for Tonight & Early Saturday

Here are my snow projections for tonight and early Saturday. Snow should move into the Syracuse area between 1 AM and 3 AM. It will taper off between 10 AM and noon Saturday. There won't be any major accumulation with this event in and around Syracuse. I'm only expecting 1 to 3 inches for the city itself and points north, west, and east. South of Syracuse, in areas such as Norwich, Ithaca, Binghamton, and Delhi, I expect 3 to 7 inches of snow with the highest amounts over the Catskill Mountains. Milder weather is expected for Sunday and Monday (and possibly beyond), so any snow that falls will be quick to melt.
