Welcome to meteorological spring ! The official season of spring begins at 1:14 AM on March 20th with the vernal equinox. In preparation for the equinox, our clocks will "spring forward" an hour on the morning of March 11th and 2 AM will become 3 AM. In the meantime, it may feel like spring around here for the next couple of days, especially Saturday as a long wave trough becomes a closed low and brings us mild temperatures and the chance for thunderstorms.Tonight: Rain and snow showers taper off.
