Hurricane Earl
Hurricane Earl continues to strengthen as it moves across the Caribbean islands. It has become a Category 3 hurricane and is forecasted to continue the strengthening. It now has maximum sustained winds of near 125mph, a storm surge of 5 feet and rainfall totals of 4-8 inches. The storm is expected to start turning northwest and could possibly impact the east coast into the weekend. As for impacting our weather, we will have to see where the models place it during the next couple of days.
