The only day of significant rainfall last week was Monday where some areas of Central New York got heavy rain during the evening hours. Otherwise, the only rain this week was in the form of scattered showers and thunderstorms. The first half of the week was humid, but less humid conditions took over towards the end of the week. Friday and Saturday, August 13th and 14th, were the best days of the week weather-wise with a mix of sun and clouds, warm temperatures, and low humidity.
