I (Brian Donegan) will be plunging into Oneida Lake, located northeast of Syracuse, on Sunday, December 5th. The Polar Plunge is for a good cause; it helps raise money for the the Special Olympics in New York State. If you would like, you may contribute to my cause.The normal high in Syracuse on December 5th is 40 degrees, and the record low is 0 degrees. Sounds like a great day for a swim, doesn't it ?
