Tonight: Partly cloudy and cooler. Patchy fog could develop in spots after midnight. Lows will drop between 53 and 58 degrees across the region. Areas along Lake Ontario will hold closer to 63 degrees with the warm lake temperature. West-northwest winds will shift from the southwest overnight at 5 to 10 mph. The sunset tonight is at 8:06 PM.

Wednesday: Sun to clouds and turning a bit more humid. There is a 10 percent chance of an isolated thunderstorm in the afternoon, but the majority of us will remain dry. The high will be near 84 degrees in Syracuse. Southwest winds will shift from the north-northwest by late in the day at 5 to 10 mph.

Thursday: Hazy sun and humid with scattered thunderstorms. The chance of rain is about 40 percent. The high will be near 85 degrees.

Friday: Showers in the morning will give way to increasing sunshine. It will turn less humid in the afternoon with a high around 81 degrees. The chance of rain is about 40 percent.
