September 13th, 2011 Forecast

Tonight: A passing shower or storm is possible in the evening. Otherwise, look for partly cloudy skies overnight. Lows will drop between 54 and 64 degrees, with 59 degrees expected in Syracuse by daybreak. Winds will be out of the south at 5 to 10 mph. The sunset tonight is at 7:20 PM.

Tuesday: Mix of sun and clouds, warm, breezy. There is a 60 percent chance of scattered afternoon storms, some of which could be strong to severe. We are forecasting a high of 81 degrees in Syracuse. Winds will be out of the south-southwest at 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph.

Wednesday: Mix of sun and clouds, cooler. High of 70 degrees.

Thursday: Very cool with a mix of sun and clouds. There is a 20 percent chance of a lake effect rain shower. High of 60 degrees.

We will experience a taste of fall Thursday through Sunday when highs hold in the 60s.
