March 4th, 2013 Forecast
Forecast Discussion: The same upper level low which has delivered wintry weather in recent days gave the central New York region more scattered snow showers today. This trend will continue through the overnight into early Monday with accumulations of up to an inch or so. Elsewhere expect nothing more than a dusting making things a little slick. Temperatures will be seasonably cold in the upper 20's for the start of your week so make sure you grab the winter jacket and gloves as you head out the door. Tuesday will bring a return to more tranquil weather with mostly cloudy skies with slightly milder temperatures. Heading into Wednesday we are monitoring the likely scenario of a developing coastal low near the Mid-Atlantic which may bring a light wintry mix to our neck of the woods. Stay tuned through the week right here for updates.
