August 13th, 2010 forecast
Tonight: Showers will be likely across most of the area, especially in the southern tier and Catskill mountains. Lows will range in the upper 50s across the mountains to the upper 60s into CNY. Winds will be from the SE in CNY to S further south, about 5-10mph
Friday: Conditions will begin to improve across much of the area, but showers will still be possible. It will be much cooler than previous days, and it looks like for many of us it will be our first day of not being over 80 degrees for a high! Winds will still be light, 5-10mph from the SSE
Saturday: Much better weather will be with us for Saturday, with mostly sunny skies dominating much of the area. Highs will return to the lower 80s with south winds 5-15mph
Sunday: Unsettled weather will return with showers and thunderstorms likely. Highs will still be in the lower 80s.
Thursday Planner: Expect showers to be dominating much of the southern tier, with showers still possible north. Highs will be around 80
