April 29th, 2013 Forecast

Forecast Discussion: This gorgeous weather across central New York today has been courtesy of high pressure which has moved further east. In doing so it generated a strong warm, southerly flow providing the much-welcomed spring warmth. As this high pressure pushes further east the low pressure to our south will usher in rain and slightly cooler air. As this more unsettled weather moves in, the daily highs both Monday and Tuesday will likely not get out of the 50's. Heading into Wednesday the low pressure system will move off to the east and allow high pressure to build back in and give us more pleasant conditions by Wednesday morning/afternoon with highs in the lower 60's. Beyond then it is looking beautiful through the rest of the week. Stay tuned through the rest of the week for forecast updates!
