Start time for the snow ? 7 PM to 11 PM across the Southern Tier and the Catskills, 8 PM to 12 AM in CNY, and 9 PM to 1 AM in the North Country.

End time ? 3 PM to 7 PM from south to north. But some lake enhanced snow showers may stick around, especially in immediate CNY, overnight on Wednesday.
