Tonight: A Tornado Watch is in effect for all of Central New York until 10 PM. Look for scattered strong thunderstorms to continue through the evening before tapering off. Overnight, skies will be mostly cloudy with areas of fog developing. It will be a muggy night with lows 54 to 60 degrees across the region. Winds will be from the east at 3 to 8 mph. The chance of rain is about 60 percent. The sunset tonight is at 8:32 PM.

Friday: Humid with hazy sun. There is a 40 percent chance of more scattered thunderstorms, some of which could be strong to severe. Not as warm with a high only near 75 degrees in Syracuse. Southwest winds will become northwest, 5 to 15 mph with gusts around 20 mph.

Saturday: There is a 30 percent chance of some leftover thunderstorms. Otherwise, humid with hazy sun. High around 80 degrees.

Sunday: Warmer and humid with hazy sun. There is just a 20 percent chance of a thunderstorm. The high will be near 86 degrees.
