Tonight:  Turning colder and windy.  There will be snow showers and flurries across CNY with a trace-1" possible by morning.  East of Lake Ontario, lake effect squalls will be developing and 2-4" is possible overnight over places like the Tug Hill Plateau.  Low in the low 20s.  Winds will be out of the west at 15 to 30 mph.  The sunset this evening is at 5:41 PM.

Wednesday:  Windy and colder with lake effect squalls and flurries moving south.  3-6" is possible for most areas as the band swings through.  High in the mid 20s.  Winds will be from the west at 15 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph.

Thursday:  Cold with snow showers and flurries.  High in the low 20s.

Friday:  Sun to clouds with a rain or snow shower possible late.  Milder with a high in the mid 30s.
