Forecast Discussion: Across central New York we were given an incredibly gorgeous day with highs getting up into lower to middle 60's with a strong southwesterly breeze with a low pressure system exiting our area. As a result, it will soon be dragging its associated cold front through the region dropping temperatures in the lower 40's and upper 30's overnight. Through tomorrow there will periods of sun and clouds before clouds thicken through the afternoon. The increasing clouds with give way to rain arriving in the evening due to another pulse of energy approaching our area. The rain will also bring down high temperature for Tuesday and Wednesday into the lower to middle 50's. Overnight lows will be in the 40's over the next few days so be sure to keep that jacket available! Beyond then things seem to remain unsettled. Stay tuned through the week for further updates!
