It turns frigid Thursday night with a low around 9 degrees in Syracuse, and even colder in the North Country and the mountains.
Friday: There is a 40 percent chance for some light snow and flurries, mainly in the afternoon. The high temperature will be around 31 degrees.
Saturday: A mix of sun and clouds with a 30 percent chance of a few flurries. Expect a high around 36 degrees.
